Personal Coaching

  • Coaching is a collaborative process between a coach and the client(s) that is designed to the awareness of the client’s full potential.  This will facilitate the transformation of the client’s dreams (goals) into reality.
  • The coaching process is uniquely different from mentoring, psychotherapy or counselling, consulting as the coach works with the client(s) to discover their own potential and ways to overcome their obstacles and unlock their true capacity for change.
  • The coaching focuses on areas of goal-setting, values, strengths and emotions to better understand one’s own abilities and opportunities with the intent of taking the client(s) to the next level.
  • Coaching is a forward looking process with the inclusion of insights from past experiences but not to dwell on them.
  • Many successful business leaders, executives, professionals and entrepreneurs have been known to hire a coach to take their businesses and personal lives to the next level.

As an NLP Master Practitioner and Coach I will partner those clients’s with intention, in order to facilitate positive results, personally and professionally.

  • Developing and enhancing self-esteem
  • Working with values and creating a value based self-image
  • Setup an initial consultation (no obligation, no charge).  This will create an opportunity so that we may better know each other.  It is important that I am the right coach for you and that you are the right client for me.  During the initial meeting we will explore what you believe to be your need for coaching.
  • We will determine the timing and frequency of the coaching
  • Coaching agreements fall between 8-12 hours (typically that works out to 1 hour per week for 8-12 weeks) per specific issue
  • During the coaching process I will determine what coaching tools and techniques will best be suited to assisting you.
  • Coaching is conducted in an environment that best suits the individuals needs, we try to minimize the travel time for the individual
  • Coaching can be face to face, via telephone or Skype (or any other internet means of communications)
  • Coaches help both individuals and organizations (teams) become their best. A coach supports (both individuals and teams), empowers and holds them accountable
  • A Coach will help the client in defining their vision, leveraging their strengths and values to be the best they can
  • The Coach will engage the client in fully confidential dialogue to help them recognize what they need in order to help them get from where they are today to where they want to be
  • A good Coach has an arsenal of tools and techniques to help the client get “unstuck”
  • A Coach will work with you to create the awareness needed to move from current state to future state as you define it
  • The client always has the solution to their problems, they may not be aware or may not know how to extract and execute the solution.  As your coach I will create the awareness and know how to do so.
